On Wimbledon’s court number 4 Lorenzo Sonego, world number 54, è was beaten in the second round match with the score of 6-3 3-6 6-3 6-4 in two hours and 47 actual minutes of play (there’è was a rain interruption) by Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut, currently number 112 but who è was number 9 in 2019.

Bautista Agut on’1-1 recovers nda 15-40 and saves four more break points, then è he snatched the service from Sonego on 3-2 closing shortly after the first set.

The Spaniard saves a’another break point in the second game of the second set but at 2-1 Sonego finally snatches his serve conceding only two points in the next three turnovers.

In the third set, the Turin native loses his serve again in the sixth game after saving a break ball. Another break ball, which è also a set point, he nullified it on 5-2 but on 5-3 he could not do anything on Bautista Agut’s serve.

The Spaniard in the first game of the fourth set makes another break even to zero, starting the partial with a series of nine consecutive points, he also has a 3-0 ball but misses it. In the sixth game instead there’è the counterbreak in favor of Sonego who misses two consecutive break points but the third è the good one.
