Jannik Sinner-Anna Kalinskaya, enters the table Massimo Gramellini
Gramellini goes wild
Massimo Gramellini returns to talk about Jannik Sinner from the columns of Corriere della Sera. The Piedmontese journalist launches into a parallel between the South Tyrolean player’s situation and that experienced some time ago by Matteo Berrettini.
"Until a few months ago, recites the vulgate of social media and the many (male) readers who send heartfelt e-mails on the’subject, single Jannik Sinner was an invulnerable superhero, while boyfriend Matteo Berrettini dragged himself from one injury to another’he claims.
"Then there’è was the role reversal: the returning single Berrettini began to feel (and play) well again, and the neophyte Sinner è turned into a field hospital: colds, dizziness, now even a fever attack on the eve of the Olympics that threatens to compromise his preparation" he adds.
"'All Russia's fault, detractors claim, without any ill will toward the Senate president, but alluding to the unpronounceable Kalinskaya with whom Sinner (horror!) just spent a few days of vacation in Sardinia" Gramellini adds.
"But what revelry would you want Sinner and his no less rigid companion to have? At most they’ll be pulling nine o’clock at night getting drunk on mineral water. If, on the other hand, anyone seriously thinks that being in a couple takes away energy, then only priests (and not even all of them)" the conclusion.
