2022 Wimbledon champion and current world No. 4 Elena Rybakina will not participate in the tennis competitions at the Paris Olympics.
The announcement of the forfeit of the Russian who plays for the colors of Kazakhstan è came from the organizers, who removed her name from the women’s singles draw after the draw had matched her in the first round against Romania’s Jaqueline Cristian.
