Gianmarco Tamberi, despite suffering, has è qualified for the high jump final at the Paris 2024 Olympics, which will take place on Saturday night, and after finishing his first effort he took stock of his physical condition.

Today nothing è went, I tried to waste as little energy as possible, but the leg did not hold and anyway Saturday will be another thing, every day I am getting better and better and I care too much to do well becauseé I have been living for years just for this and to drive crazy all the Italian fans who expect so much from me".
On the rescue friend: "Barshim had a cramp, I helped him but in the end the 2.27 he did and I did not. Furlani I couldn't miss him yesterday, è an extraordinary athlete and in the coming years he'll do crazy things".
