NBA: 2024/25 regular season schedule unveiled

About two months after the last NBA Finals, here is the calendar for the 2024/25 regular season. It starts next October 22 and, without a break, will run until April 13. The play-ins have been scheduled from April 15 to 19, then it will be the turn of the playoffs.
Dates have also been decided for the reconfirmed Emirates NBA Cup. The start of the group stage è has been scheduled for Nov. 12 while the Final Four will be held, once again, in Las Vegas (Dec. 14-17).
All chasing the Boston Celtics, reigning NBA champions. The green-and-whites, in next season’s opening game against the New York Knicks, will receive the NBA Champions rings. The other scheduled challenge on opening night Oct. 22 è that between LA Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves. The following day, on the court the Detroit Pistons will take on the Indiana Pacers.
LA Lakers who have made it known that they have decided to retire the number 21 jersey of Michael Cooper, who was able to win no less than five NBA Championship titles with the yellow and purple jersey (in the Show Time days with Magic Johnson). The ceremony will be staged next Jan. 13.
