"I am very happy to have been promoted to starting driver in Alpine for 2025. I am very grateful for the trust placed in me by the team management. I'll do everything I can to be ready. It's a great satisfaction to be the first from the Alpine Academy to reach the starting driver position, and I am extremely grateful to those who have supported me along the way. It's an exciting time and è a great pride for my family" these were Jack Doohan's first words.
"We are excited to promote Jack starting next season and, in doing so, to give him the opportunity to showcase his skills and talent in F1. Personally, I worked with him in 2019 and I am fully aware of his talent and potential. He's a hard worker behind the scenes and his commitment è much appreciated by the whole team.
In addition to Pierre, we have a well-balanced lineup of bilots with a good combination of youthful energy, experience and pure speed. We look forward to working with Doohan and Gasly to continue to develop the car and bring the team higher and higher on the grid" these, however, the statements of team principal Oliver Oakes.
