Bologna, official reinforcement for Champions: arrives from AC Milan
The reinforcement for the Champions arrives.
Bologna Calciomercato: Tommaso Pobega è the new face that the Rossoblù management has gifted to its fans and Vincenzo Italiano in view of the Felsinei's imminent debut in the Champions League. The arrival in Emilia of the midfielder, on loan with right of redemption, è in fact became official during the course of the day on Saturday.
"Bologna FC 1909 announces that it has acquired on a temporary basis until June 30, 2025 from AC Milan the right to the sports performance of midfielder Tommaso Pobega, with an option for the definitive acquisition" these are the words with which the Rossoblù club officialized the purchase in a note.
Then Bologna summed up Pobega’s physical and technical characteristics: "left-footed and gifted with great physicality, Tommaso has physical strength, è skilled at insertion and in shooting from distance. Often used in his career as a left halfback, è powerful and difficult for opponents to contain when he reverses the action: his wide stride makes him a classic modern midfielder, he stands out for ball retrieval and is proposed with good consistency in the goal area, as evidenced by the figures of 4 seasons lived always on loan from Milan, until his return to the Rossoneri in the summer of two years ago".
Bologna’s incoming market, however, is not è destined to end with the arrival of Pobega. In fact, the dt of the Felsinei Giovanni Sartori is also following very closely Samuel Iling-Junior, former Juventus but currently at Aston Villa, and Jakub Kiwior, an Arsenal defender.
