A lavish victory, coming at the home of the friend-rival.

Lando Norris won the Dutch Grand Prix by winning on the Zandvoort circuit, which was extremely difficult due to the characteristics of the track but also due to environmental factors. All the public è in fact on the side of the host Max Verstappen, who has to settle for second position. Wonderful third è Charles Leclerc, consistent on a Ferrari that well impresses on the race pace and resists Oscar Piastri in the final.

Verstappen looked like he could write a different story early in the race, with a start that once again surprised Norris. The McLaren’s state of form è però excellent, so much so that the overtaking valid for the victory arrives on the track without the Red Bull champion being able to resist. As mentioned, on the other hand, Ferrari did well: Leclerc, who started sixth, takes a podium that he himself had described as almost unrealistic on Saturday. Also on form was Carlos Sainz, fifth and for a long time very fast after starting from the tenth position on the grid.

By virtue of the Zandvoort results, Norris moves back to 70 points in the Formula 1 driver standings from a Max Verstappen who has long failed to cannibalize race weekends. His dull Dutch Grand Prix ended nearly 23 seconds behind the McLaren Englishman, who was even able to take the fastest lap on the very last lap.
