Pallacanestro Trieste announces an important confirmation in the backcourt. The red and white club, in fact, has announced the renewal for the fourth consecutive season of Luca Campogrande.
"He will wear the red and white for the fourth consecutive season, having faced two Serie A championships with these colors and having helped bring his team back to the top league last June. The inclusion of Luca Campogrande in the roster of Pallacanestro Trieste è a great recognition of his work, dedication and spirit of sacrifice. Luca has so far faced all the challenges put in front of him by the coaching staff, always putting the good of the team first.
Luca Campogrande, class ‘96 born in Rome, began his career in the professional ranks in Serie A2 with Fortitudo Bologna, before winning the call from Serie A after a great season ’17/‘18, closed to within a whisker of double-digit average with Montegranaro. In Serie A, before settling in Trieste, he wore the undershirts of Avellino, Brindisi, Rome and Venice; in the capital he achieved his best results at the individual level, scoring 10.9 points on average and grabbing 2.4 rebounds per game.
