Terrible tragedy in the world of two wheels.

Ryota Haga è died. A very young centaur just 21 years old, he was the son of Noriyuki Haga (rider of Class 500 and MotoGP between 1998 and 2003, and especially of Superbike between 1994 and 2013). He raced in All Japan ST600, a Japanese category comparable to SuperSport. Fatal for him was a tragic accident on the Autopolis circuit.

Haga was regularly on the track for the start of the race, but his bike è remained stationary on the grid at the start. Two riders, lined up behind him, did not have the time or the way to avoid him by running him over. The impact unfortunately proved fatal for the very young rider.

Immediate intervention of rescuers present at the Autopolis racetrack, who tried by all means to revive the unfortunate Ryota Haga. Their attempt, however, è proved futile due to the consequences of the strong impact.

Ryota Haga was born on August 25, 2003 and also raced in Superbike, to be precise in the JSB1000 class. He had previously competed in 600cc and also in CIV in Italy. His death è was confirmed by his brother Akito, the eldest son of Noriyuki Haga who was himself active as a rider (he races in JSB1000).
