Ciprian Tatarusan says goodbye to football

Ciprian Tatarusanu says goodbye to soccer. The Romanian goalkeeper, in fact, through a post published on his Instagram profile, announced his retirement: "Soccer è the most beautiful sport in the world that I had the fortune and the’honor to practice. I gave everything from the first days until now, I always put it first and it has rewarded me accordingly. Thank you for the good moments, but especially for the difficult ones: they have made me the man I am today".

"I also thank all the fans, coaches, teammates, opponents, managers, referees and journalists that I have met along the way,” added the former AC Milan and Fiorentina player.

I have tried to treat them with respect and I hope I have succeeded. To those who come from now on I wish them much success! I started 30 years ago and today I stop. Thank you for everything!".

Tatarusanu retires at the age of 38 after his last experience in Arabia between the posts of Abha. In Italy, the Romanian goalkeeper wore the jerseys of Fiorentina and AC Milan, with whom he won the Scudetto in the 2021-2022 season.
