At women’s Milan the "Let’s Build Kindness"
The Building Kindness in Sport Award will be presented by Gaia Simonetti on Saturday to Elisabet Spina, Head of Women Football at AC Milan, for the project related to the maternity of its female members. A path that guarantees them, in a formal way, a series of protections during pregnancy and early childhood of their children, which go beyond the current regulations.
The Award, which è originated from an idea of journalist Gaia Simonetti with USSI Toscana ( Group of Sports Journalists of Tuscany) and the Cor et Amor Association, as part of the national Let's Build Kindness pathway, values gestures and projects that nurture kindness through sport.
The recognition, which was inspired by Guglielmo Vicario's gesture of kindness and hospitality when he took in a family that fled the war, also sees the efforts of the two ambassadors of Let's Build Kindness, Silvia Sardi and Chiara Castellani.
