F1, Ferrari: Carlos Sainz spies everyone
Carlos Sainz believes in the feat
The Baku weekend had started quietly, to say the least, for Ferrari, given Charles Leclerc's accident in Friday's first free practice session, but it is continuing with a Rossa not only growing steadily, but also able to place the Monegasque’s car in pole position and Carlos Sainz’s car in third.
Precisely the Spaniard è charged up for Sunday’s race, so much so as to indulge in a prediction capable of displacing the insiders: "Maybe if I had been able to be a little bit faster I could have kept Charles company on the front row – he said on the sidelines of qualifying -, but I still think there are possibilitiesà to do a one-two in the race".
"Our Saturday è was solid – added the son of art -, both cars adapted to the circuit and we are in a very good position for tomorrow. It's true, I have never been particularly comfortable on this track, but starting from third position è an important opportunity ahead of the race".
30 years old last September 1°, Carlos Sainz è to his last races with Ferrari: from next year the Spaniard, who at the Rossa will be replaced by Lewis Hamilton, will begin his adventure with Williams, where he will bring all the experience accumulated in four seasons at the Cavallino.
