Daniele De Rossi doesn’t mince words and grooms his

At the end of the late equalizer with Genoa, Daniele De Rossi è presented himself evidently disgruntled in the press conference: "We dominated the first half. In the second half we went down and didn’t get going again. Too many lost balls coming out and we started kicking. In the end you give confidence to the opponents who are a very good team".

"We go down becauseé we stop running like in the first half where we won the duels. I had not asked to go down 20 meters. When that happens you have to be ready and instead we didn’t create anything. I saw the numbers and they are in our favor, but you have to close games. I do not understand whyé we did this in the second half".

"We were able to move them around and play the game we wanted in the first half. We kept the ball and blocking their exits then playing on our forwards. In the first half we could do the second and that makes the difference in these stadiums" continued De Rossi.

Roma's goal è clear: "This team I think must fight for the Champions League. That è is our goal. Sixth place makes us tired. From here to say that è a failure there goes a long way. There are so many teams that can finish ahead or behind us. Our market è important for our project. I am convinced that we will play our cards to the last. These points però weigh on the standings and morale. It would have been good for us to win".
