Liverpool fan dies tragically just hours before San Siro match

Tragedy on the highway
Tragedy last night on the A4 highway between Seriate and Bergamo, near Orio al Serio airport.
A 51-year-old Irish Liverpool fan has died after being hit by several cars while walking across the highway. More than one of the motorists involved è stopped and immediately called for help.
The man, who was traveling alone, had arrived a few hours earlier from Manchester to attend the Champions League match between AC Milan and Liverpool, scheduled to take place tonight at the San Siro.
The Seriate traffic police are investigating to shed light on the incident.
