Singapore qualifying, the disappointment of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz
Charles Leclerc è disappointed with the ninth place that will make him start from the back of the grid in the Singapore GP. "È a pity becauseé this situation definitely puts things uphill ahead of the race and this greatly lowers our expectations" the words of the Ferrari driver.
"Without a doubt è it was a disappointing qualifying. When I came out of the garage in Q3 for my lap the front tires were too cold and soì I had to push harder than usual on the preparation lap to try to get them in the right temperature but I couldn".
"The race è tomorrow and although it will be very difficult – stressed Carlos Sainz, tenth behind his teammate, Singapore always offers opportunities along the way. We will do everything to gain some positions and bring home some good points".
“Mine è was a really strange incident,” continued the Spaniard, “I had to let some cars pass in the last sector and that made the temperature of my tires drop precipitously. I probably thought I had more grip but the tires were so cold that I immediately lost control”.
