Overtaking on the last lap sparks controversy.

Jorge Martin and Marc Marquez in chorus against Enea Bastianini. The Ducati rider from Rimini è won the "home" race by winning the MotoGP Grand Prix dell'Emilia-Romagna at Misano thanks to an aggressive maneuver on the last lap against his Team Pramac colleague. The Spaniard himself (now +24 in the standings over Pecco Bagnaia) did not hide his disappointment already at the finish line, later finding support from his compatriot.

"Surely the maneuver of Bastianini è was beyond the limits – said Martin at the end of the day -. Talking about it still forò does not make sense, since nothing will changeà. But of one thing I am sure, that now the regulations are more clear. And in the future, if cases like this occur, we know how it works. And if I were to make the same maneuver, there will be no consequences, right? I hope sì".

Martin, second at the finish line behind Bastianini, had vented his frustration by flailing a few moments after being overtaken. Then, crossing the finish line, he had indulged in a blatant umbrella gesture. The two had subsequently shaken hands, but that evidently wasn&#39t enough to appease the Madrilenian&#39s anger.

Alongside Martin è however, lined up another Spaniard: Marc Marquez, himself on the podium thanks to a third place finish in Misano. "Bastianini’s overtaking è was on the limit, and è a maneuver I have also done in the past. But if when you overtake like that you go off the track, or the other driver goes to the ground, you canè sanction it. So è è and so è è & always has been. Sometimes you è too optimistic, è it happened many times to me too. But then I was rightly penalized".
