A real revival in the rankings, in a climate that is anything but serene.

Roma returning to victory, the first in this championship, beating Udinese with a round 3-0. This was the first in the Giallorossi of new coach Ivan Juric, welcomed by a Stadio Olimpico that was anything but celebratory for him and the team buoyed by goals from Dovbyk, Dybala on a penalty kick and Baldanzi. For the guests, however, it was the first defeat in this Serie A, as well as the farewell to the top of the league.

The start of the match è forè anything but easy for a Roma contested by its public at every touch of the ball. The Giallorossi però try to be affected as little as possible, so much so that already in the first minutes Dovbyk engages Okoye. After another dangerous foray by Pellegrini è then it was Dovbyk himself who unblocked the score: it happened on 19', with a splendid left-footed shot on El Shaarawy’s initiative. And before halftime there is no shortage of chances to double (especially with Dybala and El Shaarawy). Meanwhile, in the last quarter of an hour, the Curva Sud was also populated, where fans were actually praising Daniele De Rossi.

Roma aimed to close out the game as soon as possible, and it did so as early as 49'-Dybala penetrated the box and was brought down by Bijol, then scored the inevitable penalty awarded by Feliciani. Okoye saved Udinese from collapse by opposing Cristante, then the Bianconeri tried to reopen the game with Davis and Brenner. Svilar also deserves the mark in the report card, saving on Thauvin.

Juric also threw Baldanzi into the fray for captain Pellegrini, and it was precisely the new entry that finally closed the score by replaying at 70'after a tandem effort with the convincing Dovbyk. The Ukrainian himself was denied by an offside call the goal of a possible personal double, but that was enough for Roma to climb to 6 points in the standings. And the Europe zone, now, è only -3.
