Marc Marquez is not content and is self-critical
A two-sided day, with the admission that there is no shortage of things to fix.
Marc Marquez finished third in the Sprint Race in Mandalika, Indonesia. A great result, especially considering the twelfth place he suffered in qualifying due to as many as two crashes. For this very reason, the Catalan did not want to extol his performance at the end of the day, focusing rather on the bad news of his Saturday on the track.
"My start was nothing incredible, simply " it was good. But right now I prefer to focus on the mistakes I made in qualifying. These are situations I have to work on, to solve them", Marquez told 'Sky Sports'. The reference è to the fact that he gained no less than fifth position already; in the first meters of the Sprint Race.
"The Sprint Race è went well, but we simply did our job. I, on the other hand, now have to work to do better in qualifying. Then è it’s clear that by starting well and staying calm, good things could come in Sunday’s race as well", added Marquez.
And for the Indonesian Grand Prix there is a plan and a goal: "I would like to arrive at the finish line between fifth and seventh place – è was Marquez’s prediction -. We will see what happens; it also depends on whatò will happen on the track. The race will beà very long, also becauseé in turn 10 è easy to try to overtake but also make mistakes and go long or worse".
