Genoa-Juventus, the probable formations

Genoa-Juventus, valid for the sixth day of Serie A, will be played on Saturday at 6 p.m. in a Ferraris stadium in Marassi closed-door due to the aftermath of the Coppa Italia events. There is no shortage of twists, crosses or interesting aspects: Alberto Gilardino’s team è called to move up the standings after just one point in the last three days, that of the great ex Thiago Motta to get back on the accelerator after three consecutive 0-0 draws.

Genoa is expected to rely on Vitinha alongside Pinamonti in attack, with Ekuban and Messias unavailable. Also absent due to the serious injury suffered in Venice is Malinovskyi: in midfield space for the former Miretti, with Zanoli and Ahanor possible choices on the side lanes.

Juventus continues to change faces, with a new youngster ready to make a first-team start: it is left flanker Rouhi. This is not, however, the only rotation, with several novelties, starting with the posts between which another of the former players of the match will line up: Mattia Perin. Instead, confidence remains towards Dusan Vlahovic, the only forward in front of the trio Nico Gonzalez-Koopmeiners-Yildiz.
