A new turning point for the'former Samp

Former Real Madrid and PSG player Jesé Rodriguez has found a new team after a not-so-short period of inactivity. At 31, he has signed with Darul Tazim, current Malaysian national champions.

"He has played in great teams and è starred in major international leagues. Winner of two Champions Leagues, Jese has now signed with Darul Tazim," reads the club’s official statement.

Jesé began his career at Real Madrid, where he had successful seasons, winning the Champions League twice. He later è moved to Paris Saint-Germain, but had difficulty finding a stable place in the team, being loaned to Stoke City and Seville’s Betis.

Subsequently, the striker played for Sporting Lisbon, Sampdoria, Ankaragucu in Turkey, and more recently had a brief Brazilian experience at Coritiba.

Jese was without a team as of Jan. 1° 2024.
