Aryna Sabalenka overturns Coco Gauff and flies to finals in Wuhan

Aryna Sabalenka è the first finalist of the Wuhan WTA 1000. The Belarusian tennis player è emerged victorious in a comeback over the American with a score of 1-6 6-4 6-4, after a marathon match of more than two and a half hours.
In the first set there's only the American on the court who quickly flew away on a 5-0 lead and comfortably closed the partial 6-1.
The second set è featured a real break fair, as è the two players managed to hold their turn at bat only three times in total. In this up-and-down partial è Sabalenka made the difference in the climax thanks to a four-games-to-zero partial that allowed her to take the match to the third set.
In the third and decisive set è again the world number two got off to a strong start by immediately taking a 3-0 lead. However, there comes a momentary black-out for the Belarusian, who first misses three chances of 4-0 then suffers Gauff’s comeback until 4-4. In the closing stages of the match, however, the Minsk native managed to regain her best tennis and win the match 6-4.
In the final, Aryna Sabalenka will face the winner of the Chinese derdy between Qinwen Zheng and Wang Xinyu.
