ATP Ranking: Jannik Sinner firmly in command, leaps forward for Musetti and Berrettini

Fresh from his triumph in the Six Kings Slam exhibition tournament in Riyadh comes another important milestone for Jannik Sinner. The South Tyrolean, in fact, has reached 20 weeks as world number one, equaling Swedish Mats Wilander.

The San Candido native leads with 11920 points and holds a sizable lead over Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev, who are 4800 and 5125 points behind, respectively. Sinner, thanks to his success in Shanghai, has gained the arithmetic certainty of ending the year at the top of the ATP Ranking with the possibility also of breaking the record held by his Murcian rival of 36 weeks as world number one.

The top 10 remains virtually unchanged, except for Grigor Dimitrov who, thanks to the final in Stockholm, places overtaking Alex De Minaur taking the ninth place.

Steps forward are made by Lorenzo Musetti, Matteo Berrettini and Luciano Darderi who rise to 17th, 41st and 42nd positions, respectively. Lorenzo Sonego remains stable. Losing ground, however, are Flavio Cobolli, Matteo Arnaldi and Fabio Fognini, now number 31, 37 and 77 in the world. Looking at 100th place, in conclusion, is Luca Nardi.
