Ducati, Enea Bastianini identifies key factors ahead of Buriram
The words of Aeneas Bastianini
After finishing fifth at Phillip Island, Enea Bastianini has been overtaken in the standings by Marc Marquez, who triumphed in Australia. With three races to go, the Rimini centaur and the Spaniard are only 14 points apart. To the Ducati team’s official channels, the number 23 rider analyzed the key factors to be able to make a difference in the next round in Thailand and make up ground on his Iberian rival.
"I am happy to be back racing in Thailand. Compared to last week in Australia, we will find very different track conditions and the big unknown of the weekend will definitely be the weather" began the Ducati centaur.
"It" will be fundamental to be able to be fast from the start and especially to do well in qualifying, to avoid losing time making up positions in the race. Last year here we had a few too many difficulties, as I had just come back from injury and still didn't have the right feeling with the bike. This year, on the other hand, we manage to be quite fast everywhere, so I am convinced that we will also have the potential here to do well" added the Rimini native.
" We know it will be a very challenging weekend, so we will try to get the most out of it as always. The goal è to return to fight for the positions that count" commented Enea Bastianini.
