Moise Kean makes Fiorentina dream: 1-0 in Torino, summit at -3
Another victory to really dream big.
Fiorentina doesn't stop anymore and goes on to win in Turin as well, thus putting the top of Serie A in their sights. In fact, the 1-0 signed by Moise Kean against the granata allows Raffaele Palladino’s team to move just 3 points behind the leading Napoli, defeated at home by Atalanta, which in turn had risen to 22 points in the standings. The same ones that the violets currently have.
Torino seemed to start the match better than the guests, so much so that Pedersen, Ricci, Vlasic and Adams created some headaches for Fiorentina. Just the Scot è però forced to leave the field shortly after the quarter d'hour due to muscle pains, confirming the curse that is gripping the granata attack in these early stages of the championship.
Fiorentina began to grow, and è Sottil to commit Milinkovic-Savic before the half-hour mark. The first half seems poised to end without further jolts, and instead at 41'the decisive goal of the match arrives: Kean scores it, taking advantage of Ranieri's long throw and especially a defensive blunder by Maripan to deposit the ball into the net.
The same Maripan sees the possible equalizer for Torino cancelled for offside, while in the second half Tameze immediately tries. Fiorentina closes the spaces to the granata, who moreover manage to build a few chances: né Sanabria, né Vlasic manage to exploit them. There'è time for a Pedersen post, imitated on the other side by Mandragora a few minutes later, but the result does not change anymore. And the purple people è allowed to dream.
