It is causing discussion on social media the outburst of French tennis player Benoit Paire, who on Instagram recounted his very difficult 2024: "This 2024 season è has been the most difficult of my entire career…so many injuries, doubts about my physique and my mental capacity to go on without being 100% every day. I asked myself a lot of questions".

Paire è plummeted in the ATP rankings but sees a light at the end of the tunne: "When I’m well physically, I’m still able to do great things and even though I haven’t had very good results, I feel that in 3 weeks I’ve made a lot of progress and I’ve started to enjoy myself again, to train and to commit myself on the court…so it will take time to come back, but I’ll make it".

"Thanks to all the people who are supporting me and accompanying me through these difficult times, but for you and for me I will make itò!", Paire continued.

The transalpine tennis player also sent a message to the haters: "I am sorry for all the angry and jealous ones who will continue to send me messages of insults and death threats for a year".
