Lazio coach Baroni spoke after the victory at the Stadio Olimpico against Porto in the Europa League: "I still have to congratulate the team, when games like this come; it matters a lot how you get there and the path you have taken. Today I asked for a game of personalityà and joy, we needed this and believe me we played against a great opponent, who has quality and verticality; they are always stinging in going vertical". 

"Congratulations to the boys and the environment, at the end there was a beautiful atmosphere – continued Baroni. This Lazio always believes in it, we owe it to ourselves and we owe it to the people".
