Tomorrow starts the Finnish trip to Kontiolahtifor the eleven Azzurri summoned by technical director Klaus Höllrigl for the opening stage of the World Cup that will open on Saturday, November 30 with the mixed team trials.

Dorothea Wierer, Rebecca Passler, Hannah Auchentaller, Michela Carrara, Samuela Comola, Tommaso Giacomel, Lukas Hofer, Didier Bionaz, Elia Zeni, Patrick Braunhofer and Daniele Cappellari will take off for Finland to take on the stage that will continue on Sunday, December 1 with the two relays to conclude over the next week with the short individual, sprint and mass start events. Absent as announced is Lisa Vittozzi: the World Cup holder slowed in recent weeks by back pain will return in the next stage in Hochfilzen.

Training in Val Martello (Bolzano) instead for the youth teams, expected in the South Tyrolean facility from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.

Francesca Brocchiero, Matilde Giordano, Nayeli Mariotti Cavagnet, Fabiola Miraglio Mellano, Carlotta Gautero, Fabiana Carpella, Astrid Plosch, Sara and Ilaria Scattolo, Michele Carollo, Davide Compagnoni, Cesare Lozza, Nicola Giordano, Alex Perissutti and Felix Ratschiller are summoned for the Juniores and Milano Cortina 2026 teams.

Also expected on the same days are twelve athletes of national interest, namely Alessia Forlin, Eva Hutter, Dénis Maestri, Maya Pividori, Giorgia Saracco, Sophia Zardini, Hannes Bahcer, Paolo Barale, Samuele Bettega, Davide Cola, Manuel Contoz and Michel Deval.
