Rafael Leao puts a point

After a first half spent entirely on the bench, Rafael Leao è entered at the start of the second half of Slovan Bratislava-Milan in the Champions League, contributing decisively to the Rossoneri’s 3-2 victory with the goal of the provisional 2-1 at 68' and a solid performance until the triple whistle. The Portuguese striker, at the microphones of 'Sky Sport', expressed all his satisfaction.

"We deserved the win, overall we created more,‖ said Leao.

Perhaps we need to be a little bit more bad in goal, we could have scored more goals. However, it was an important game to win and we did it, we want to aim for the top eight positions and we can still succeed".

Inevitable the question about his relationship with Paulo Fonseca, who often this season has reserved for him the start of the game on the bench. In this sense, Leao tried to close the question: "The coach knows that I do not like to go on the bench, but he also knows that I am ready at any time to give the team a hand. For me, there's no case, the goal of both of us è for Milan to win".

Continuing his analysis, Leao also complimented his coach: "I think he is doing a good job, his ideas are working: we have to be the players who get the results, but we are working well and with time there will be fewer ups and downs. We always want to center success when we enter the field".
