Club World Championship, all qualifiers

With Botafogo, which won the Copa Libertadores yesterday, è the picture of the 32 participants in the 2025 Club World Cup, scheduled for next summer and which will open with the match of Inter Miami (Messi’s team) at the Hard Rock Stadium.

The new tournament, in which Inter and Juventus will participate for Italy, will be staged in the U.S. from June 15 to July 13. Thursday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. (Italian time) will be the group draw. Here are the 32 qualifiers.

Twelve teams come from Europe and are Manchester City, Real Madrid, Chelsea (winners of the last three Champions); Bayern Munich, PSG, Inter Milan, Porto, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Salzburg (invited for ranking); six from South America: Botafogo, Palmeiras, Flamengo, Fluminense (winners of the last four Copa Libertadores); River Plate and Boca Juniors (invited for ranking); four from Africa: Al Ahly and Wydad (last African Champions winners); Esperànce and Mamelodi Sundowns (invited for ranking); four from Asia: Al Hilal, Urawa Red Diamonds, Al Ain (winners of last three Asian Champions); Ulsan (invited for ranking); five from North-Central America: Monterrey, Seattle Sounders, Club Leon, Pachuca (winners of the last four North-Central American Champions); Inter Miami (invited for ranking); and one from Oceania: Auckland City (invited for ranking).
