On Monday afternoon Fiorentina issued a note regarding the condition of Edoardo Bove: "ACF Fiorentina informs that, given the reassuring news that arrived during the day and after the video call that Edoardo wanted to make with all his teammates, the Coach and the technical staff gathered at the Viola Park, the team has decided to return immediately to the field and prepare the challenge with Empoli on Wednesday'Empoli.".

Suddenly, in minute 20 of Fiorentina-Inter, è collapsed to the ground Edoardo Bove, a young midfielder of the lily team. The situation è seemed very complicated right from the start: the boy è was promptly rescued (he è was also given cardiac massage, as reported by Radio Rai) and è an ambulance also entered the field.
