First distant, now they seem to be on the same wave line

After the lackluster home draw with Genoa, Leao è appeared before DAZN microphones and, surprisingly, defended coach Fonseca to the hilt, stressing how he has "good ideas". A strong stance that sweeps away all doubts about a difficult coexistence between the two (Fonseca, in the recent past, had criticized the Portuguese, even sending him to the bench).

"It takes time, we are beginning to understand a little bit the ideas of the coach but, in my opinion, sometimes the problem is us inside, small things that we can change like nastiness in front of the goal, finding spaces on the field. The coach has good ideas, he wants to play a lot, press the opponent. I feel the difference so much becauseé, when we press we have the ball near the opponent&#39s area and we can score goals, forò it takes time", the Portuguese’s words.

Statements that say a lot about how Leao has left behind the negative moment and now thinks only about the good of the team. The right attitude, the one that Fonseca is also looking for in other elements of the Rossoneri squad.

Everyone's contribution is needed to climb back up the league ladder and return to the Champions League zone. Everyone knows this, even Leao himself, who, in fact, explained well what must not be done from here on: "We cannot lose any more points on the road, becauseé if not; it becomes difficult".
