Parma, Fabio Pecchia’s heartfelt admission
Fabio Pecchia satisfied with last-second success
It's a Fabio Pecchia satisfied more for the three points than for the overall game, the one who appears in the press room at the 'Tardini' after his Parma's 2-1 win over Monza, a victory that came on the very last second thanks to Lautaro Valenti's winning header when the clock had passed the seven minutes initially allowed by referee La Penna.
"In the first half, Monza would have deserved something more – explains without mincing words the coach of the Ducals – In the second half we went better, there's been the desire to look for the goal until the end. For what è the championship, my people must continue to work and maintain a balance, including mental, that will take us&#nbsp; far&#quot;.
"I have to find a way to field the best formation not only from a tactical point of view, but also keeping well in mind the energy" adds Pecchia who then, returning to talk about the match, recounts: "It"was a crazy end of the match: it seemed like we had to go home with a point and with a lot of regret…".
In the end, however, three points came that are fundamental for what è the main goal of Parma’s season, staying in Serie A: "They are three points that will add up at the end of the championship – Pecchia himself confirms -, even if they came at the end of a match not beautiful".
