On the Azure’s path so far, the winner of two Slam tests (he è won the US Open in 1997 and 1998) has clear ideas: "Sometimes è it’s normal to struggle a bit at the beginning but Jannik è one who grows, comes into temperature match after match and I imagine it will beà hard not to see him in the final stages", his clear words to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Pat Rafter has no intention of running to be the new coach of the Blue, who recently made it known that his relationship with Darren Cahill will come to an end at the end of the current season: "With Jannik he really did an extraordinary job and maybe now he has realized that he canò stand on his own two feet".

The 52-year-old Australian knows exactly who could trouble Jannik Sinner in the race for success in Melbourne. He calls Carlos Alcaraz "… fit and motivated". And he does not forget Nole Djokovic: "He is still hungry, he wants the record and with him there'è Murray".
