Marcell Jacobs announces his next goals
Marcell Jacobs è ready to start his 2025: the Italian sprinter, after making his debut in Boston on Feb. 2, will compete Feb. 8 at the Millrose Games in New York, a Gold stop on the World Indoor Tour. Jacobs will challenge other top athletes such as U.S. Trayvon Bromell and Britain’s Zharnel Hughes in the indoor 60 meters.
The real first date for the Tokyo 2020 gold medalist will be the European Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, scheduled for early March.
"My immediate goals for 2025 include a good performance at the European indoor championships and building a solid foundation for the outdoor season. I want to improve in every race and my goal è to peak at the right times, just as I did in 2024. Going back to Tokyo for the World Championships will be special, I keep so many good memories there,", said the Azure to the Citius Mag podcast.
