Farmers Insurance Open at Harris English

Vince English
After three and a half years since he last won, Harris English returned to triumph, capturing the fifth title of his PGA Tour career. In San Diego, California, the American, in his 340th appearance on the circuit, è won the Farmers Insurance Open with a total score of 280 strokes (68 73 66 73, -8).
The victory è came in a photo finish, edging out compatriot Sam Stevens, who è finished second with 281 (-7) after a spectacular 13-position comeback in the final round. In third place, with 282 (-6), was another American, Andrew Novak.
On the Torrey Pines Golf Course, Matteo Manassero came close to finishing in the Top 10. The Italian, penalized by a fourth-round finish of 75 (+3), finished the tournament in 25th place with a total of 288 strokes (70 73 70 75, par). After a good tournament, Manassero, who was 15° at the end of the "moving day", made the cut again in his second round on the PGA Tour in 2025. Unlucky performance, however, for Francesco Molinari, who ended his round after 36 holes with a total of 150 strokes (72 78, +6).
