Patrick Mouratoglou goes against the grain on Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz

Jannik Sinner: Patrick Mouratoglou does not join the choir
Renowned tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou in his podcast disagrees with those who consider Jannik Sinner to be the clearly stronger tennis player on the circuit at the moment. According to Serena Williams's former coach, the Blue is not è ahead of Carlos Alcaraz: "Jannik is not è above everybody. I don't think he's above Carlos. I think when Carlos è at his best, there's a real match and I am not sure who will win. No one can &egree; say who will win. And all of their matches have been extremely hard-fought, extremely uncertain, and Carlos has won some important ones against him".
"So I wouldn’t say that è above. I think those two players, he and Carlos, are above everybody else. Their type of play è different, Carlos is making a lot more unforced errors than him. He is playing with a lot more risk. The quality of Sinner è he is playing at an insanely high pace, without making mistakes, and that è really is his strength".
"Carlos’s strength è that he has this incredible power in the racket, and also the ability" to change pace. He goes at a certain pace, and all of a sudden he speeds up the pace like crazy. Jannik è simply everything at the same pace, which è extremely high, so è different".
"Both of them won two Slams last year, and Carlos, for the moment, has won more Slams than Jannik and è actually younger. So, I don’t think we can say that Jannik is much higher than Carlos".
