Euroleague, Milan beaten by Bayern

At the Sap Garden in Munich, Bayern sharply beat EA7 Emporio Armani Milano 87-70 in the game of the 25th day of the Euroleague. A balanced first quarter that the hosts closed ahead 17-16 after the opening 0-4 and a 5-0 counter-partial. Along the same lines the second quarter, at the long intermission it was 37-36.

“Congratulations to Bayern. They played much better than we did and with more strength than we did in the two quarters that mattered most, which was in the second half. We had a decent first half, because we controlled the pace of the game despite suffering on offensive rebounding. But in the second half we had a very flat start, we played too individually and very poor defensively to have a chance. Let’s think about the next”.
