Fiorentina and Inter return to the field to complete the Serie A challenge left on hold last Dec. 1 due to the illness suffered by Edoardo Bove. They will start again at 8:45 p.m., from the 17th of the match valid for the 14th day of the championship: the Viola are coming off two wins in a row against Lazio and Genoa, the Italian champions arrive from the draw in the derby against Milan and more generally have not lost a league match since last Sept. 22.

With few men available and the impossibility of fielding new signings, Palladino has to deal with several unknowns to complete the lineup that will face the remaining 73 minutes against Inter. The coach could opt for a three-man defense, re-launching Comuzzo  from the first minute flanked by Pongracic and Ranieri. On the outside lanes, space for Dodô and Gosens, while in midfield the choices are reduced: Adli will try to grit his teeth to flank Mandragora, otherwise it will be Richardson’s turn. Up front, in the three-quarter, Beltrán and Gudmundsson will support Kean.

Simone Inzaghi could rely again on De Vrij from the first minute. Possible chance from 1' also for Asllani, while Calhanoglu, after the titularità in the derby, è still looking for the best condition. In defense, open ballot between Pavard and Bisseck on the center-right, with Bastoni completing the department in front of Sommer. On the flanks, space for Dumfries – who will miss Monday’s match due to disqualification; – and Dimarco. In attack, the Thuram-Lautaro pair is confirmed.
