Federica Brignone makes no dramas and already looks ahead

The words of Federica Brignone
After winning silver in the SuperG, Federica Brignone did not manage to repeat herself in the downhill at the World Ski Championships in Saalbach. The skier from Valle d’Aosta, in fact, paid for her poor feeling with this slope, finishing in 10th place more than a second behind race winner Breezy Johnson. At the end of the race, the Italian skier bluntly analyzed her performance.
"In some places I didn't ski exactly as I wanted to; I tried to be as soft as possible, in some places I wasn't as smooth as I wanted to be. I tried, I had the right attitude, I knew it wasn't going to be my downhill and I did what I could. I don’t know what I could have done more than that,” the Valdostan skier debuted to the official FISI channels.
"Now head to the giant. I need some rest and I will not do the combined. It's been a month full of speed, now I need some turns in the giant" added Federica Brignone.
The Italian, therefore, is expected to return to the track between the wide gates of the giant on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
