The news was already in the air but now it is official: Herman Mandole is no longer the coach of Varese Basketball. This was announced by the same white and red club through an official statement.

"Pallacanestro Varese announces that today è an agreement was found to consensually terminate the relationship with Herman Mandole, who, therefore, from today, will no longer be the coach of Openjobmetis" è as stated in the note of the Lombard company.

"The white-and-red club wishes to thank coach Mandole for his work over the past three seasons and wishes him the best human and professional fortunes" closes the Openjobmetis statement.

Fatal for the Argentine coach was Sunday’s defeat to Trento, the fourth consecutive in the league, in which Varese occupies the thirteenth position in the standings with 12 points, just two points ahead of relegation.
