Lorenzo Sonego gets off to a good start in Marseille

Lorenzo Sonego's adventure at the Marseille ATP 250 is off to a good start. The Italian tennis player, in fact, è imposed himself in three sets on the Dutch Botic van de Zandschulp with the score of 6-1 3-6 6-3, after more than two hours of play.
In the first set there'è only the Piedmontese tennis player on the court, who immediately finds a 5-game-zero lead that effectively mortgages the partial. The Dutchman tries a minimal reaction, but the Italian è relentless and closes the accounts on 6-1.
In the second set, è van de Zandschulp got off to a better start by finding the break in the second game. From that moment, the 1995 class managed to find more continuity on serve, thus managing to maintain the lead until the final 6-3 that extended the match to the third set.
Soì as happened in the first two matches, the third set is also addressed already in the opening bars, as Sonego manages to snatch the serve from his opponent in the second game. The Dutchman, for his part, tries to get back into the match, but the Turin native does not tremble and on the fourth attempt wins the match 6-3.
In the next round, Lorenzo Sonego will face the winner of the transalpine derby between Luca van Assche and Benjamin Bonzi.
