Club Brugge-Atalanta, the probable formations

At 6:45 p.m. Gasperini’s Atalanta takes on Hayen’s Brugge in the first leg of the Champions League playoffs at the Jan Breydel stadium. The Belgians, despite a 3-1 loss to City, snatched the last available spot thanks to goal difference. La Dea, fresh from a 2-2 draw in Barcelona, è slipped to 9th place and now play for access to the round of 16 in a double-header.

Hayen is expected to deploy Jutglà as the lone forward, with Tzolis, Vanaken and Skov Olsen as trequartists. In defense, protecting Mignolet, there will be Ordonez and Mechele as the central pair, with Seys and De Cuyper as full-backs.

Gasperini, on the other hand, is expected to bet on Retegui as center forward, with Palasic and the'former of the day De Ketelaere on the three-quarter. In the middle of the field, De Roon and Ederson are confirmed in the middle, with Bellanova and Ruggeri as full-band outfielders.
