Torino-Milan 2-1

It's an increasingly black crisis for AC Milan, which after being eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Feyenoord also fell in the league against Torino. The Rossoneri, in fact, were defeated by the granata 2-1 thanks to Thiaw's own goal and Gineitis's goal. Also decisive for the success was the penalty parried by Milinkovic-Savic on Pulisic.

Ready to go and Milan immediately committed the omelet: Pedersen threw deep for Sanabria, who was anticipated by an excellent exit of Maignan. On the deflection, however, the Rossoneri goalkeeper unintentionally hits Thiaw, who deflects the ball into the goal. On 21'comes the first big chance for the meneghini with Gimenez, who from a good position kicks toward the goal finding an excellent response from Milinkovic-Savic.

On 31', the referee awarded a penalty kick to the guests for a hand foul by Pedersen. From the penalty spot, however, Pulisic was hypnotized by the Serbian extreme defender, who confirmed himself as a true penalty taker. In the final half, he partially redeemed himself Maignan, who saved 2-0 twice in a very short time.

In the resumption, Milan increased its pressure by going moreù times close to the equalizer. After a post hit by Joao Felix, the Rossoneri found the equalizer in 74' with the usual Reijnders, who beat Milinkovic-Savic from the left.

The joy, however, lasted very little for Conceiçao’s boys, as in 76' Sanabria quickly beat a free-kick serving Gineitis, who slipped it past Maignan with a perfect left-footed cross. In the final minutes, the Rossoneri tried everything in search of an equalizer, but the granata fort held until the final whistle.
