Milan Future, exonerated Daniele Bonera

Daniele Bonera no longer è the coach of Milan Futuro, the Rossoneri second team engaged this season in the Girone B of Serie C. Inevitably weighing on the decision is the performance of the Rossoneri Under-23 team, which lost three games in a row in February and is currently in the middle of the playout zone, -8 from the last position needed to save itself.

"AC Milan announces that it has relieved Daniele Bonera from the position of coach of Milan Futuro – reads the club note -. Daniele is to be thanked by the whole Club for his commitment, professionalism and passion with which he has faced this experience as head coach. The Club wishes Daniele the best for his future as a man and as a professional".

"AC Milan also informs that Mauro Tassotti will continue his path within the Club and the staff of Milan Futuro" then concludes the note referring to the former right-back and historical vice-coach of the first team, who had already joined the technical staff of Milan Futuro last February 12.

Future Milan, in its first season of existence, is playing the Serie C championship with results so far below expectations. From January 1, 2025 onward è came only one success, 2-1 at home to Spal, with four draws and five defeats to weigh down a balance that already in the first part of the season had raised more than one doubt about the second Rossoneri team.
