The 25th round of La Liga will end with the postponement on Monday, February 24 (at 9 p.m.), with the challenge between Sevilla and Mallorca. The two formations are in a fairly quiet situation: on the one hand, the Andalusians have replicated another rather mediocre season, while remaining safe from relegation; on the other hand, the Bermellones, who had shone in the first part of the year, have faced enormous difficulties in 2025.

The’Europa League won in 2023 now appears to be a distant memory, given the difficulties of the subsequent period. At the helm of Sevilla today is Francisco Garcia Pimienta, who grew up at Barcelona and was launched into big league soccer by Las Palmas. Mallorca experienced a disastrous January with four defeats (which became five in early February, given the knockout against Atletico Madrid’Atletico Madrid). The goal remains entry into Europe: in fact, the conference zone remains attainable if recent performances are confirmed.
