Detroit, without Fontecchio, wins eighth game in a row

Lots of contests played in the NBA night. Spectacle at Madison Square Garden with the Knicks succeeding, with a Brunson-driven finish, to knock out the 76ers (in their ninth loss in a row). New York wins 110-105 with 34 points from its superstar, including nine, consecutive, in the last 3'45 that are worth the success.

Portland also smiles as it overcomes Washington (129-121) and takes home its third consecutive win. Excellent performance by Sharpe who finishes with 36 points. All is easy for Indiana, which rules Toronto with a dry 111-91. Haliburton shines: 33 points and also 11 assists, with no less than seven triples scored.

Detroit’s breakthrough as it manages to get the better of its challenge with Boston (117-97). Still without Fontecchio, the Pistons relied on Cunningham (21 points and 11 assists). It is now eight consecutive wins for Detroit.

Convincing success also for Miami: 131-109 against Atlanta. It struggles more than expected OKC that, in the end, gets rid of Brooklyn (129-121 the final, 22 points by Holmgren). Veteran Harden, with 30 points on the scoreboard, drags the LA Clippers to victory in the challenge with Chicago (122-117). Sacramento also did well: 118-101 against Utah. Another loss for San Antonio, which surrendered to Houston (118-112).
