After winning the first Sprint Race of the season, Marc Marquez also confirmed himself in Sunday’s race and took home the Thai GP, the first round of the MotoGP World Championship. The Ducati star è started from the pole position, managed the race (and tires) to the best of his ability, leaving only crumbs to his opponents. Marc Marquez had not won the debut race of the MotoGP World Championship since 2014.

Behind him, exactly as happened in the Sprint Race, was his brother Alex Marquez, who also remained first for several laps, certifying his excellent form. The Spaniard of the Gresini team è was overtaken with four laps to go by the’eight-time World Champion who then did not è look back.

On the lowest step of the podium Pecco Bagnaia. L’azzurro, two-time World Champion, was è never able to fight for victory and, in the end, he è settled for third place. Compared to Marc Marquez, the Italian still seems to lag slightly behind.

To be recorded the fall of Pedro Acosta. The second appointment with MotoGP will be on the weekend of March 14-16 with the GP of Argentina where reigning World Champion Jorge Martin, currently in the pits due to a known injury, will still be absent.
