Phaedra Theffo prepares the new season and makes an appeal

It promises to be an important season for Phaedra Theffo aka Lulù, a rider from Sarnico (BG), who in 2025 will participate in the Klass Gp Championship and race at Lédenon, Paul Ricard, Brno and Cremona. The bike will beà the Honda RS 125GP he used in recent seasons, always prepared by’2-stroke expert Roberto Bava.

The Klass GP Championship è a very populated championship, organized by the French Jérôme Krebs, in which Lulù has already participated in the’last 2024 stage held in Rijeka. The Championship è is open to both 125GP and 250GP and the grids are always full (entries were sold out after only a few days!). At Lédenon, the first date in 2025, there will even be two separate grids and a lot of tussle is expected on this winding and very technical track in the South of France. It will be back in the saddle in Cremona for a test and then it will already be time for the first race in Lédenon, the weekend of March 30.

The second leg è scheduled for May 18 at Paul Ricard, also in France, at an event called Sunday Ride Classic in which the Klass Gp championship participates every year. The third trip will be July 6 in BRNO, along with the Alpe Adria, and the championship will conclude with a home race in Cremona on Sept. 14. All dates will include a double race. The number 19 having already been used by another competitor, Lulù will continue to use the 449 he used in recent seasons (the 19 è inside).

"A few years ago I had stopped racing with high wheels, I thought it was over for me, and now I find myself doing four beautiful races even outside of Italy, with even 2 stops in my hometown, where part of my family who has never seen me on the track can also come to see me,

says Phaedra. The races we will have will be wonderful, with tussles from the’beginning to the end. There will be so many of us and it will be beautiful.

Apart from the last stage in Cremona, I don’t know the other tracks and it will be very difficult to learn them on the fly, especially the first one in Lédenon thatè all ups and downs with 16 curves in just 3 km!; I am studying it well to arrive as prepared as possible but it will be hard, we will have to throw ourselves in and give everything from the first lap of free practice. By the way we will have only one qualifying session before the 2 races, I don’t honestly know what to aim for as we will have to see how high the level will be, let’s say that I care to do the best I can and have fun as much as possible in the brawl and overtaking!

I thank those who allow me to do these races, my mechanic Roberto Bava in primis who puts up with me and takes me to race with a bike that is always very fast. I thank my mom, l’RC Motorsport and Giorgio Bergonzi’s Casanova, as well as Fabio Frattini. I also thank those who could help me for this season, any help would be very welcome to face these transfers in the best way. I remember that we are also going to Brno, other than pistine…".
