Vasseur’s words

Team Principal Frederic Vasseur spoke on the eve of the first Gp of the season, which will be staged this weekend in Melbourne: "The wait is over and we are ready to hit the track for the first race of the season. In a way, it feels like going back to the past, as it has been a few years since'Australia last hosted the opening round"

"The Albert Park street circuit is not è particularly representative of what awaits us in the rest of the championship, but we did well here last year and are confident about the weekend ahead as well. Of course, there are many unknowns and we look forward to finding out what the hierarchy will be on the track, especially becauseé the results of the test in Bahrain were very difficult to interpret".

"During the winter we worked a lot in the factory in Maranello, and so did Charles Leclerc, who took special care in physical preparation, and Lewis, who gave his all to integrate into the team as quickly as possible".

"I think there is everything we need to do well but first we will focus on ourselves, knowing that this è the beginning of a very long season. A week ago we received a wonderful welcome in Milan from a flood of our fans and in Melbourne we want to give our all to give them all something to be proud of".
